Prototyping

In the verification process of the article design, functional prototype making phase is one of the key points. Thereby, the initial article design is either confirmed or specific functional problems are detected leading to changes and improvement in the initial article design.

In collaboration with HS42, the partner company from Germany, we are able to offer quick prototype making from ABS + materials using 3D printer.

In case there is a request for functional testing with original material used as obligatory, we are able to realize, in a short period, prototype tools by inserts in the finished Meusburger housings of different sizes. In this way, realized can be making of small series which sizes do not approve making of the series tools.

Assembly

In our assembly department for plastic components, which are being produced by ourselves, we are able to offer complete functional assembly which will satisfy all the technological characteristics required.

Tool design and tool-making (injection molding tools)

In our own, modernly equipped tool room, we are ready to make, in a short period of time (using the standard elements and housing), quality and precise tools which consequently provide high quality of products in the serial production process.

Working together with staff highly experienced in tooling, and using tool machines with CNC management and modern CAM technologies, makes us capable of producing high performance tools.

We make tools with or without warm inlet system, with complex kinematic elements, for one-component or two-component injection. Tool construction we do on our own, using contemporary CAD software and applying the complete parametrization, which eventual changes makes instantaneous.

For tool-making, we use standard elements (Meusburger, HASCO, Thermoplay, Synventive and others)

Production of plastic parts (injection molding)

In our own shop-floor for plastic processing, we are in possession of contemporary CNC machines for plastic processing by injection molding, especially of the parts ranging from 1 to 450gr.
(1- as well as 2-component IM)

In our production program, over 90% of articles are those of technical plastomer (PA – with or without glass fillers, PC, POM, PBT, PC / ABS, TPE, PMMA, PEEK..) of strict dimensional and esthetic requirements.

Since 2008, SCGM Ltd. Company has been implementing two – component injection technology, and as of 2010 also technology of cable suffusion for automotive industry (VW, Audi).

Modern machines and contemporary technical bases usage of all reputable plastomer producers, along with quality tools usage of our own production, allow us to provide high quality of technically complex components.

Contributive is the fact that our products are present in German automotive industry, electro industry, and others.
